Although we always appreciate bookings, small jobs can be dropped off at our Squamish location without booking in for added convenience.

Vancouver:
100% Mobile Service: We bring the bike shop to your doorstep!
Minimum Service Fee: $150 Due to the costs of operating a mobile service in Vancouver (travel time, gas, etc.), we have a minimum labour charge of $150 per visit. To maximize the value of our visit, we recommend booking services that meet or exceed this amount.
Example: Booking a $160 “Tune Up” would exceed our minimum service fee. You would only pay $160 nothing more.
Need more work? If your bike requires more in-depth service at our shop, we'll transport it back and forth with no extra charge.
Squamish (Sea to Sky Corridor):
Option 1: Mobile Pick-Up/Drop-Off: We'll pick up your bike, service it, and return it to you at your convenience. During busy periods there may be a $50 delivery fee.
Option 2: Shop Drop-Off: Bring your bike to our Squamish shop for the quickest turnaround time. Our shop is located at 38902 Bowen Ave (open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm).

We may request photos or further details about your bike to ensure we arrive fully prepared.

If you opted for a mobile service appointment your technician will send a reminder text prior to arriving.
After your repair is completed you will receive detailed service notes to keep track of what was done and what needs doing next time.
